Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Additional delays may occur during periods of high demand.

Shipping methods

Shipping methods and estimated available delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada for orders of $150 or more before taxes. Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping method selected, the delivery address and the size of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the transaction is finalized.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number and instructions for tracking your package. You can check the status of your order at any time.

International shipping

Shipping costs outside Canada and delivery times will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by independent factors such as postal service disruptions, bad weather and customs clearance.

Modification or cancellation of orders

Once the transaction has been approved, no changes or cancellations are possible. Please check your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
